Users agree to indemnify the Company from any liability arising from the unauthorized dissemination of third-party content or the misuse of the Company’s services contrary to applicable laws.

Rights to User-Provided Content:

By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Company’s platform, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

Limitation of Liability:
