  2. If you wish to request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@vidushimehra.com within 48 hours of the service/ session/ challenge/ course enrolled for. Refund requests received after this period may not be considered.
  3. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances (if initiated within 48 hours of enrolling in the challenge/course):
    1. Service Unavailability: If Vidushi Mehra or the company is unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances or any other valid reason, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
    2. Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with the service provided and believe it did not meet the agreed-upon standards, you may request a refund. Our team will assess each case individually to determine the refund amount, if applicable.
    3. Other Circumstances: In exceptional cases not covered above, refund eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
    4. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3 to 4 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used during the booking, unless otherwise specified.
    5. Please note that certain fees, such as administrative fees or processing charges, may be non-refundable. These details will be communicated to you during the refund request process.
